CPDW5 will be held in person, May 27 – 31, 2024 at Dalhousie University in the Dalhousie Student Union, 6136 University Ave, Halifax, NS B3H 4R2. Virtual access will be available via Zoom.

Cancellation Policy

We will be glad to accommodate changes and switch you from in person to virtual attendee at any point between now and the conference start date, refunding the difference between the registration fees at the rate below:

Before April 1, 2024 – Full refund
April 2 - April 15, 2024 – 75% refund
April 16 - April 30, 2024 – 50 % refund
After May 1, 2024 – no refund

All change requests must be made in writing via e-mail to Shannon Christoffersen, ada@ucalgary.ca. Any refunds will only be processed back to the original credit card.
